Wholesale Logistics Services: Pallet Pickup and Delivery Across the USA
UTN collects your pallets from a supplier, warehouse, port or storage facility and delivers them to the address you nominate. One team books the truck, prepares the paperwork and stays with the load until it is signed for.
Logistics services for pallet freight
Pallet pickup from any origin
We collect from suppliers, manufacturers, third-party warehouses, storage units and commercial addresses across the country.
LTL freight shipping
Less than truckload service for palletized freight, priced by freight class, weight and lane, with tracking from pickup to delivery.
FTL and truckload moves
Full truckload for larger volumes and dedicated runs where the load stays on one trailer from origin to destination.
Cross-docking and consolidation
Bring stock from several vendors into one of our warehouses, combine it onto fewer pallets and ship it out as a single delivery.
Palletizing and load prep
Restacking, shrink wrapping, banding, pallet labels and count verification so the freight is accepted at the receiving dock.
Short-term staging
Hold goods at our New Jersey, Florida or California warehouses between collection and delivery while a receiving slot is confirmed.

Why route your freight through UTN
We already work in pallets
Every order we ship is palletized. Freight class, pallet build and dock requirements are the daily work here, not a side service.
One point of contact
The same team quotes the lane, books the carrier and answers the phone if a delivery slips. You are not passed between departments.
Paperwork prepared for you
Bill of lading, pallet labels and delivery references are prepared before the driver arrives, which is where most rejections start.
Support around the clock
Reach us by phone, WhatsApp or email at any hour for shipment status, changes to a booking or a new pickup request.
FAQs
Do I have to buy from UTN to use the logistics service?
No. We arrange pickup and delivery for goods bought anywhere. Send us the collection address and the delivery address and we will quote the move.
Where can UTN pick up from?
Suppliers, manufacturers, third-party warehouses, ports, storage facilities and commercial addresses across the United States. Residential collections are handled case by case because most freight carriers charge extra and need a liftgate.
What is the minimum shipment size?
The service is built around palletized freight, so one pallet is the practical minimum. For anything smaller, contact the team and we will tell you whether freight or parcel makes more sense.
How is the rate calculated?
Freight pricing depends on the pickup and delivery zip codes, pallet count, weight, dimensions, freight class and any extras such as liftgate service or an inside delivery. We quote the full figure before booking.
How long does delivery take?
Transit time depends on the lane and whether the load moves LTL or FTL. LTL shipments pass through carrier terminals and take longer than a dedicated truck. We give you an estimated transit time with the quote.
Can UTN build and wrap the pallets?
Yes. We restack, wrap, band and label loads at our warehouses so they meet the receiving requirements at the delivery point. This is quoted separately from the freight.
Is the freight insured?
Insurance depends on whether you choose to insure the shipment. Let our team know when requesting your quote if you would like insurance coverage included.
Can you store goods between pickup and delivery?
Yes. We can hold freight at our New Jersey, Florida or California warehouses while a delivery appointment is confirmed. Storage terms are agreed in advance.
Tell us where it is and where it needs to go
Send the pickup address, the delivery address and the pallet count. You will get a rate and a collection window back from the team.
