All overpayments and refunds are automatically credited to the customers account with UTN Wholesale. Most customers prefer to keep the credit on their account and apply it to their next order. If you prefer to get reimbursed for any credit balance in your account, please notify your salesperson or contact our customer service department. If a payment was originally made by a credit card, then the refund will be directly credited to the same card.
